Yandex Market is one of the biggest marketplaces in Russia. As a design manager I focused on core metrics: increase GMV & retention. My team have done incredible job in creating new formats of e-commerce which helped to achieve goals. Our most significant projects are cross-service feed, shots, new advertising instruments and shots.
